Eligibility requirements:

  • Clean credit report and Credit Score of 651+

  • Clean background check

  • Business must be located in a low-income area or owned by individuals from low-income households or who reside in low-income areas*

  • Client must participate in a customized Development Services Plan (specialized business coaching)
